Tim Cornelius, CPA
Chief Operating Officer

Tim brings over 25 years of experience in operations, real estate, finance and tax planning to NARENCO. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of NARENCO and has been instrumental in the planning and completion of many of the company’s solar energy projects. Previously Tim worked with both national and regional real estate companies.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Oral Roberts University and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Dennis Richter
Senior Vice President

Dennis brings over 25 years of project development experience to NARENCO. He leads the project development team, oversees market expansion and controls new contract origination activities.  He has experience in the real estate development industry where he worked with property owners, financial institutions, investors, contractors and design professionals. Dennis works closely with NARENCO’s management team to structure and implement renewable energy projects for clients and investors. Dennis holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.


Keith Davis
Vice President, Construction

Keith is a veteran of the electrical construction and service industry with more than 25 years of experience. He is instrumental in the installation of our photovoltaic systems and has completed over 3 MW of installed capacity at NARENCO. Keith has an extensive project management background and has held numerous senior positions at both construction and electrical firms.  Formerly the president of a firm dedicated to lighting control, solar photovoltaic energy, and electrical energy management and control systems, Keith brings a wealth of experience and information to the NARENCO team.


Jim Cortes
Business Development Manager

Jim is a seasoned sales professional with more than 20 years of proven success. Jim is a former U.S. Navy Supply Officer (OIF/OEF Disabled Veteran) and most recently was in business development with FedEx managing a territory producing approximately $80 million in revenue. His passion for renewable energy technologies has led him to bring his business development strengths to NARENCO in order to introduce more companies to the benefits of solar energy. Jim holds a Bachelors degree from Frostburg State University and a Masters in Management from High Point University.


Paresh Vasa
Director of Engineering

Paresh has more than 16 years of experience in project engineering, management, and construction, encompassing a variety of facilities. As a project manager at one of the world’s largest engineering and construction firms, he managed various design and construction projects.  Paresh’s current responsibilities include defining the scope of a project, developing project schedules and budgets, overseeing detailed engineering and design processes, interfacing with clients, and managing consultants and contractors.  Paresh is adept at managing multiple-party teams consisting of designers, consultants, contractors and inspectors.


Mark Caddell
Systems Design - Preconstruction

As NARENCO’s systems design specialist, Mark provides guidance on the mechanical, electrical, and site location aspects of photovoltaic systems.   Serving as an estimator, he works closely with the engineers, sales professionals, and customers involved in the project.  Mr. Caddell has worked as an operations manager for an engineering company specializing in DC systems integration.  His duties included product specification, installation management, back-office code design, and sales.  Furthermore, he has ten years experience in computer-aided design and drafting using the AutoCAD suite of programs and Revit Architecture.


Kara W. Price
Marketing Administrator

Kara brings more than 15 years of marketing, publishing, and public relations experience to our team.  Her creativity and attention to detail is invaluable in writing detailed bid proposals, maintaining our website, designing marketing materials and keeping up with our social media presence.   With the ability to wear multiple hats, Kara also assists with our business development efforts and overall office administration.   Kara is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Journalism.
